Good evening friends.
I don’t normally talk about personal things, I’m one of these people that likes to sit, watch and listen.
If I go out shopping, I’ll let the other half go to the shops while I just sit there, like most men.
Yesterday we went to Romford, we just sat down, had a little break. There was a lady coming up to people with all these leaflets and all of a sudden, I heard the words ‘God will stop this coronavirus’.
And I thought to myself, ‘I’m not going to say a word’. I thought – if God could stop the Coronavirus, could he please stop people from buying the toilet rolls? But that won’t work. So, I continued listening to what she was actually saying.
I’m one of these people that doesn’t judge by religions, but I like to get into very, very deep discussions about religions as well. So, she starts saying something to me and hands me the leaflet.
I told her that it’s lovely what she was actually saying, and I started talking about how Jesus was the biggest healer and there were psychic experiences in the Bible. When I mentioned the word psychic, she didn’t like it. We got into a deep discussion about what I did. And she said to me, you are always welcome in our Church, so I told her that as spiritualists, we welcome any race, religion into our Church as well. But we don’t judge people by what they believe in. She said “the only problem I’ve got is we don’t judge, but I don’t believe in what you do.”
To me, we are our own people. We believe in what we want to believe. No one can judge us because we know that spirit is there. They are going to help us, they are going to send us healing, and they are going to send us the love that we need when we need it most. This is what it’s all about. Spiritualism is about love; it’s about helping one another.
When someone is in despair, who do they call to? They may call to God. But the people that they call to most are their loved ones up there. This is because Spirit is there to protect us, to help us and to guide us on our journey to where we need to be – wherever it may be. We can trust in every single word that they say. I know that I do. I believe that they’re there for a reason.
I said to this lady, when you go back to the Bible, notice that there are so many experiences of what Jesus did, he healed the sick. He turned water into wine. Most of these people in the bible were prophets that saw all this..
And I actually asked her, I asked “how do you explain it? Because to me, that is mediumship.” She said “well, I still don’t believe it”. In the end I said to her, “you’re not saying to me that you don’t believe in the Bible.” And I had to leave before I got too involved.
When our loved ones come through, they want to come through with the truth that they are there. They want to come through with the things that they used to do. The memories that they used to have with us. And that is what we have in our life, because when we go to the Spirit world, our soul goes into the spirit. And our memories, the soul that holds so many memories. So many memories of our loved ones on the earth plane.
The more that we ask for them, the more that they will come down, help us and give us that healing that we need. Yes, there is so much going on in this world at the moment. There are problems, but they will try to help. They will watch and they will learn.
Many people ask the question – what is it like in a Spirit world? No one can actually tell you until they arrive. But some people actually prepare themselves before they go into the Spirit world on what they will do, what they will say, the things that they have to do and the people they have to meet.
The Spirit world is so full of surprises and it can make us think in a different way. We can make us think in a different way as well. And as was said in the Bible reading, ‘make sure we love ourselves’ – and that is the first thing that we need to do. We need to look at ourselves and look at how we can change and change the world. We can change the way that we perceive the world and the more that we make people aware of who we are and what we actually do, the more people will believe and come to the Churches and halls. I recognise this is not just who we are. It’s a way of life. So please believe in yourself. Tell people about who you are, what you do, and what Spiritualism and what God is all about. So, I believe our lineage rests with you.
And so, I thank you for listening. God bless.
